Designed for extreme durability, our two stage DuoDyne Air Cleaner combines our MotoKleen inertial separator system with our UniDyne filters. The two stages of DuoDyne are constructed from heavy gauge steel & are available for virtually all models of large prime movers. The first stage of DuoDyne consists of our MotoKleen system which removes 93.5% of foreign particles 5 microns or larger & is self-cleaning with no filter elements to replace. Between the first & second stage a bleed blower scavenges the filtered foreign particles back into the atmosphere. The second stage consists of replaceable pleated filter paper elements that can removeg particles 2.5 microns or larger from the air with 99% efficiency; as larger particles are typically filtered out by the first stage of DuoDyne, often the replaceable filters have a life of one year or longer.
