We have the capabilities & knowledge to model any system in 2D or 3D & can import & export files for your own records. structural, fea analysis, & virtual testing
We utilize a variety of tools & CAD systems to ensure that our 3D designs can achieve proper fitments & flow regimes. Some of the tools we use include FEA analysis, dynamic simulation, impact amalysis, PPAP, overspeed analysis vs. yield stress, fatigue life analysis, & full studio displays to display results & prove out any designs before protoyping begins.

At our Houston facilities, we are capable of rapidly designing & fabricating prototypes for testing; most of the time, these solutions can be expedited if needed. Our dedicated team at Hunt Engine maintains calibrated & ready-to-use instrumentats for testing & proving out new designs. We have a fully automated AMCA 210 wind tunnel capable of testing a wide range of designs. We also maintain a library of AMCA, ISO, ATEX, IEC, AWS, MIL SPEC, OSHA, & more up to date standards for quick reference.
