CLASS III CONSTRUCTION & AMCA CERTIFIED
AirDyneTM blowers utilize heavy gauge steel construction. We also offer stainless steel for use in extreme applications or severe marine environments.
SUITABLE FOR AC & DC DRILLING MOTORS
Our primary systems are 10-30 horsepower for use on mud & cement pumps, draw works, rotary tables, & top drives. We can outfit units as small as 1/3 horsepower and as large as 60 horsepower, including systems for static pressures as high as 50-60 SPWG.
ROTATING ASSEMBLY SWAP OPTIONS
With our quality blowers, the fastest part to wear out will be the electric motor & interior bearings. When those parts reach their EOL, Hunt Engine offers a program for replacing the old rotation assembly & ensures the new assembly is balanced as a system & meets ISO G2.5 vibrational specifications.
Air intakes for every application
With the variety of environments our blowers are found in, we have an air intake option to suit your needs with up to IP44 ratings.
FLANGED INTAKE
A flanged intake can be used to locate a blower intake remotely & pull fresh air into a potentially explosive system. These flanges can be modified to fit any duct or system. Additional rugged weatherproofing & flexible ducting can be applied.
RAINHOOD INTAKE
This rainhood intake has an IP23 rating with a large, screened opening at the bottom that allows for lower flow velocities & is designed to keep rainfall up to 3″ per hour from entering the cooling airstream. Our design can be modified to fit into any application, including remote location & orientation.
LOUVERED INTAKE
With removable louvered inserts on either side of the intake, this IP44 system removes 99.99% of water from airflow at 9.25″ of rainfall per hour & 96.1% of debris above 1-1100 micron at 938 feet per minute. Additional fine particulate filters can be placed behind each louvered insert for lower particle size filtration.
